At Aapli Public Store, we follow a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND, and NO EXCHANGE policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns

Once delivered, products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We request customers to check product details, description, and price before purchasing.
2. No Refunds

Payments made (Prepaid orders) are non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), once the order is accepted by the customer, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

All items are checked before dispatch.

In rare cases, if you receive a defective product, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

Replacement/solution will be provided only if approved by our team (not guaranteed, subject to case review).
4. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after shipping.

For prepaid orders, cancellation requests before dispatch may be considered (if informed immediately).
